Dal 2011 Tels ha introdotto il sistema delle Houses all’interno dei propri programmi estivi. Un sistema mutuato dagli amici anglosassoni che, da piccolissimi fino all’università, appartengono ad una House, una Casata proprio come quelle di Harry Potter.
Le casate di Tels rappresentano 4 colori ma soprattutto quattro diverse sfaccettature delle cosiddette “intelligenze emotive“: ognuno di noi si può riconoscere in uno di questi quattro colori e ogni destinazione Tels è l’espressione delle caratteristiche di una delle casate: Bagnolo è il rosso, Hedge End il giallo, Romsey e Winchester il verde, York e Williamstown il blu, fino a The Leaders Factory, il silver, il completamento che racchiude il meglio delle 4 casate.
Durante i soggiorni estivi, le Houses si “sfidano” giorno dopo giorno conquistando punti con le missioni del Quest, ma anche e soprattutto con little steps towards a better world: lasciando l’aula pulita e in ordine, partecipando attivamente alle lezioni, comportandosi bene durante le uscite, aiutando i compagni più piccoli, essendo propositivi, creativi e positivi!
Al termine della stagione estiva, al nostro incontro di inizio settembre, viene decretata la House of the Houses che resta in carica per un anno intero.
Nel programma del viaggio in UK vedrete indicata, giorno per giorno, la casa dedicata alla giornata, ossia la casa responsabile del riordino, dell’organizzazione dell’attività, della raccolta di informazioni… insomma, un modo Tels per rendere i ragazzi sempre più attivi, coinvolti e partecipi dell’esperienza e per renderli parte di #iosonotels!
LE CASATE
FROLYTAIL
Thick with laughs is Frolytails’ life, which hardly leads them into strife. They spend their days with delight but don’t think they’re fools, as they stand upright. Serious while cheerful, aware of sadness and pitfalls, their fearlessness might sometimes lead them into peril, but quick as a flash they are safe again, nimble as squirrels.
Sharp and clever, they always love to be in the limelight.

REVERWING
Back and forth, up and down, Reverwings are not keen to stay on the ground. They never look at the world as it is, rather, they watch from above and imagine how it could be. Visionaries and daydreamers, they pierce the arts like drills, making wise use of their five senses to create masterpieces for all to admire.
A Reverwing is YELLOW, visionary and open-minded.
BUDFLIP
Whilst they hate grey concrete, balanced innovation is Budflip’s aim.
They dive below the surface of things like the Dolphin in the deep blue sea; they only surface to check if someone is making a botch of the wonderful world.
But make no haste! You err to call a Budflip slack; their stress free rhythms let them bounce back!
A Budflip is GREEN, harmonious and neat.
LEGENLIGHT
Honesty, fairness and self-knowledge make Legenlights beacons of responsibility.
They certainly don’t lack of a sense of justice; these trustworthy fellows are the kind of people you can rely on. They stand up tall, on their long Crane’s legs, using their sharp sight to spot what is right and wrong.
A Legenlight is BLUE, logical and methodical.
